Prenatal yoga offers a holistic approach to childbirth preparation, because it allows you to find comfort in your discomfort, as your body grows and shifts, and also gives you real tools to use during pregnancy, childbirth, and those intense first weeks of parenthood.
Group yoga classes are a great and affordable way to meet other families while practicing yoga in a safe way for you and baby. I will be offering weekly prenatal yoga classes at Everliving Wellness beginning in late October.

Private yoga sessions are an ideal way to begin a new yoga practice, work with specific injuries and illnesses, or advance an existing practice.
