Making mindful choices that support your ideal pregnancy and birth
Your provider, location, and preparation set the stage for your birth. Learn all about the various kinds of prenatal care providers, (and how to choose one that is right for you). We will also discuss prenatal wellness and testing, nutrition during pregnancy, and managing stress. You will leave with a blueprint for developing a mindfulness practice that you can use throughout pregnancy and beyond that is specific to your family’s unique needs. This workshop is the first in a series of five, and also perfect as a stand alone workshop for people trying to conceive, or in early pregnancy and looking to connect with other couples and learn more about the pregnant body and how to nourish it. This workshop include a 60 minute yoga practice, which is appropriate for all levels, and prepared special for expectant parents.
